  2. Eat better: When it is about eating better, it is to avoid all the unhealthy food that you crave for.Include a good amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid oily food and junk food as the idea is to supply the required nutrients to your body and not intake calories that add to your weight. The next step is to decrease the quantity of food you eat. SO, the idea is to eat better rather than eating too much that adds calories. Avoid carbonated drinks, coffee, sugars etc. Instead have lot of water and fresh juices.
  3. Exercise: Once your diet is in place, the nest thing is to start with exercises. You can start by doing some cardiovascular exercises and body weight training exercises. These can be done in small reps for a less time as you begin. Later you can introduce more exercises to tune your body as per your requirements.
